This all-in-one castor oil pack includes 2 organic cotton flannel wraps in both small and large for the torso and smaller limbs and neck. We’ve included a hot and cold pad and designed the wraps with zippered pouches for easy insertion of the heating/cooling pack. The skin side of the wraps is ultra-soft, so wonderful even for overnight use.
